It’s always wonderful to receive amazing reviews from couples who’s wedding cake I’ve made, and lovely when they include a photo of them cutting their cake. The other day I received the most amazing feedback from a couple who had a wedding cake consultation here at Sticky Fingers Cake Co HQ in Westcliff on Sea; they had travelled here from their home in East London and are getting married at Leez Priory in April next year. Here’s what they said:

Thanks for the email, we’re both well, hope you are too. The day is getting closer and closer!
After much deliberation, we have made the decision to use a company in Hackney for making the wedding cake. I think in the end for us, it was purely down to location and keeping suppliers close by. But, this really was not easy. It was so nice to meet you, and everything from the tastings (the salted caramel!!) to your hospitality, to the biscuit you made us was just great. You made us both feel welcome and your approach made the whole process both enjoyable and special.
I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

I know they’ve gone elsewhere for their wedding cake which, considering their location, really isn’t surprising, and you’d think I’d be gutted not to receive their wedding cake order but I was so, so happy with their email. It just goes to show that the whole ‘Sticky Fingers Cake Co Experience’ is such a ‘yummy’ experience for couples organizing their wedding cake….. Have a look at ‘How We Measure Up’
