Our last wedding cake of 2019 took us to the Roslin Beach Hotel just down the road in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

This wedding cake was perfectly decorated to match the Roslin’s Christmas decorations. The buttercream finish had a watercolour style design, touches of gold leaf and fresh flowers supplied by the Roslin’s in-house florist, Carla. I really loved the effect on the cake, it made it look really unique.

The happy couple chose to have Chocolate Salted Caramel, Strawberry & Champagne and Zesty Orange with Chocolate Buttercream as their flavours – all sponges were GLUTEN FREE!
