The sudden dip in temperature at the beginning of May seemed fitting for Amanda and Simon’s alpine theme buttercream wedding cake!
The happy couple are huge fans of ski-ing so I had a lot of fun creating mountain ranges, pine trees and snow out of buttercream. I then sprayed it with edible lustre for a bit of frosty shimmer. Amanda and Simon supplied their own clay topper which was amazing!
Yummy flavours of Victoria Sponge, Chocolate Salted Caramel, Lemon & Elderflower and finally a top tier of Strawberry & Champagne, which they took home.
