Many congratulations to Sarah and Graeme who were married at the fabulous Greenwoods Hotel and Spa in Stock, just outside Billericay at the end of March.

I loved making this cake! Blush pink, ivory and with a touch of silver was their colour scheme and they also requested a tier decorated in edible glitter, it was so sparkly! Their wedding cake was also decorated with blush pink sugar roses and silver lustred leaves with their initials embossed on the second tier.

Yummy flavours of Red Velvet, Lemon & Elderflower and Cookies & Cream. I also made some gluten free Chocolate Salted Caramel cupcakes for their gluten intolerant guests and some cute vanilla biscuit favours for the little guests, each with their individual names on.
