The pinkiest pink wedding cake I’ve ever made!

Many congratulations to Lauren and Martin who were married at The Rochford Hotel, Rochford.

They chose to put a mid-dusky pink spin on our “Bella” wedding cake to match the bridesmaid’s dresses and chose to have 2 tiers of each; rich, dark chocolate and strawberry & champagne. I also made a dairy, egg and soya free cup cake for one of their guests which I decorated with ivory icing and boxed for them.
